Returns / Refunds

If, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with your StandardRazors.com purchase, just send us an email at support@standardrazors.com and we will go through the steps to obtain a complete refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping charges).

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
• In the unlikely case you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will work with you to resolve any issue you may have (as long as they are razor-related!):
• If you were shipped incorrect items - we will provide you with a return shipping label and send out the correct order
• If your order arrived and was damaged or defective, we will work with you until we make it right!
